Are you concerned about the indoor air quality in your home or office? According to the
EPA, most of us spend 90% of our time indoors and indoor air pollution can be 2 to 5 times
worse than outdoor air! At Ditter Cooling & Heating we know that the HVAC system in
your home and/or office should improve the quality of air you breathe.

Modern buildings have become more energy efficient - but at a price. Tighter construction
has reduced drafts and air leakage which reduces the amount of fresh air entering the home.
Without fresh air, indoor air is only re-circulated and contamination increases. Sources of
contamination include pollen, pet dander, and chemical gases contained in many common household
products. All of these can affect you and your family's health. Determining if there are any
issues in your home, finding the contamination source, and knowing the proper solution to maintain
healthy, clean indoor air begins with an AirAdvice® IAQ test.
At Ditter Cooling & Heating, we now offer indoor air quality tests using the AirAdvice IAQ System
(www.airadvice.com). We can place an AirAdvice IAQ Monitor in your home for 3 to 4 days and
you'll receive a comprehensive report showing the quality and comfort of your indoor air.
Each test checks for the presence of things such as allergens, dust, dander, certain odors and
chemicals (volatile organic compounds), temperature, humidity, and a safety check for carbon
monoxide. For questions or appointments for an AirAdvice IAQ test, contact us at
